Hi, I’m Maham
Ever seen a “perfect” Pinterest activity, bought the supplies, spent 30 minutes setting it up… and your toddler walked away in 2 minutes? Been there.
My son is three and a half, and he is not the toddler calmly playing at an activity table for an hour. He’s wiggly, easily distracted, and somehow makes a mess out of nothing.
I tried sensory bins, magnetic tiles, water play, paint — you name it. Most of it left me with more cleanup than actual playtime.
Then I got pregnant with baby #2, and elaborate setups stopped being realistic altogether. So I started making my own activities — quick to set up, almost no mess, screen-free, and built for real toddlers (not the calm Instagram kind). No shopping list. No complicated prep. Just print, grab some crayons, and let them play.
I’m not promising 3 hours of independent play. Honestly? If I get 20 minutes — to make dinner, feed the baby, or drink a coffee while it’s still hot — that’s a win.
If you’ve ever cleaned up a Pinterest activity gone wrong and thought “there has to be an easier way”…You’re in the right place.
